It recruits across Global Advisory (its M&A and financing-advisory engine, with a deep restructuring and debt-advisory heritage), Wealth & Asset Management and Alternative Assets, and its official graduate path is refreshingly clear.

You apply online, complete a first-round interview (online or in an office), then attend an assessment centre where you have a further interview with senior colleagues, take part in a group exercise, and deliver a presentation. Because Global Advisory analysts build pitch books, bespoke models, DCFs and trading/transaction comparables from day one, the technicals are directly job-relevant: valuation, accounting, working capital, CAPM/cost of equity, the DCF-versus-LBO cash-flow distinction, and the current debt-market environment. On the behavioural side, be ready for 'why you, why Rothschild', its values and differentiators, and a specific recent deal. Recruiting is rolling, so applying early matters.
